- Royal Mail 48hr Tracked - 3-5 working days from dispatch date (1-2 days after ordering) - £4.95 or Free when you spend £50+
- Royal Mail 24hr Tracked - 1-2 working days from dispatch date (1-2 days after ordering) - £5.95 or Free when you spend £60+
- DPD UK Tracked Next Day Delivery Mon-Thurs (Order before 3pm) - £7.95 or Free when you spend £100+
- Click And Collect In Store - Available Monday to Friday 10am Till 5pm
- International Delivery (Europe) - 3-17 working days from shipment date - £12.99
Once ordered, if you havent received your parcel within the recommended time frame for the delivery method you choose plus minus a few days theres a possibility your parcel could be missing. If you think your parcel is missing please contact us ASAP and we can get this looked in to for you. If you are over the date set by royal mail or DPD for an investigation then your order will become a void.
Returns Policy
Website Orders
You can return items to us in two ways: either via post or drop in to our Liverpool store.
Returns must reach us no later than 28 working days from the date you receive the item. We will not accept returns after this time has passed.
Please note, once received back into our warehouse, items returned will take up to 14 working days to be refunded back to you due to bank processing times.
If the customer enters an invalid/incomplete address when returning an item, the return will be sent back directly to the sender. If this occurs, the customer will incur the charge of the original postage in addition to the charge of postage to return the item back to us.
We hope that you are happy with your purchases from Miskyra, however if this is not the case, we will refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of us receiving your returns. When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in a sealed bag with the original invoice and include reason for return. All original tags must remain on the garment.
Please note: If you have not followed the steps correctly during your return process, if your item/items come back to us in an unsaleable condition or your return has not been accepted by us you will be notified via email or phone call. If you do not claim your unaccepted parcel within 14 days of being notified it will be destroyed as the goods will go down as unclaimed.
How To Return an Item by Post
Please follow the steps below to return your parcel to us:
1. Re-pack the item/items with labels and tags still attached.
2. Please put invoice provided in your parcel or a note providing your name, order number and reason for return

3. Return the package by either using the Post Office counters (ensure you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office), or you can return items to our Liverpool store at the address above in St John's Shopping Centre. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting as any missing parcel is your responsibility. We advise our customers to use a tracked service to return any parcels as we will not be held liable for missing parcels.
4. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.
5. Once your return is received it will take up to 14 working days for us to process your refund. You will receive an email stating that you have been refunded to your chosen payment method which can take upto 7-10 days days to reach you. Please note you will not be refunded for shipping paid or the cost to send the item back.
TikTok Orders
(This is different from online or instore purchases)
- Follow any instructions given on TikTok.
- You must return your item(s) within 14 calendar days from when the return request was sent, otherwise the return request will be closed.
- If the return was shipped by a self-arranged return method, then once the return/refund request is approved, you must upload (on the TikTok Shop app) the necessary product return shipment information within 14 calendar days.
- If the return was shipped by a drop-off return method, then you do not have to upload return shipment information within the TikTok Shop app. This will be done automatically for you by the logistics provider.
Can I Have an Exchange?
Yes, you can exchange your item for any item. Please note if the new item costs more you will have to pay the extra costs. Please return your item as outlined in the above sections and include information on the exchange inside, and we will happily process it or you. You wont have to pay for the new item to be sent out.
